Ordering

How do I personalize a shirt?

To the right of the product you want to personalize, you will see a list of the available options to personalize -- team name, last name, etc -- and a corresponding text box. Simply type in your personalization for that option. So for "Enter team name," you would enter your team name.

If you want to leave an option blank -- for example, you don't want a team name -- enter "no team name." Unless that IS your team name, in which case, please add (this is our actual team name). Yes, that's actually happened before.

Once you are done entering your personalization, click "Add to Cart" and you should see your product and its accompanying personalization in your cart. Don't forget to double-check your personalization for any mistakes!

Can I change the existing wording in a design?

Yes! Every single word on every single design is customizable. If you want to change the existing wording on a design, enter the wording you want to change and what you want to change it to under "Additional Personalization."

Can I order a glitter design without glitter?

Yes! Just specify that you want non-glitter or standard colors under "Additional Personalization."

Can I order a non-glitter design with glitter?

This one's not so straight-forward; not every non-glitter design can be done in glitter. We often have to modify the design to accommodate glitter, so contact us before ordering to ensure we can modify it for you! 

I noticed an error in my personalization after submitting, what can I do?

Contact us ASAP so we can correct it for you! As long as it hasn't shipped, we will always try to correct mistakes, but the sooner you contact us, the better the chances we can fix it for you!

Can I add a second name to my shirt?

For long-sleeve shirts and hoodies, yes! We add the second name to the other sleeve. Just clearly separate your two names with a comma (,) so we know it's not one long name. For t-shirts, we can stack multiple names if there is no number on the back. For tank tops, we STRONGLY discourage doing more than one name.

How long will it take for my order to be made?

We're a one-and-a-half person operation, so a little longer than other shops. We say 7-10 days. Although we strive for faster than that, it really depends on how many orders we have at the moment. If you have a deadline, contact us FIRST; we are always happy to accommodate deadlines whenever possible, but we want to make sure we can before you order!

Do you offer team discounts?

Yes! If you are buying 5 or more of the same design and style of apparel, the discount applies, even if the backs have different names and numbers. The discount will apply automatically when your cart is eligible, no discount code needed!

Can I send you a list of my team's sizes and names/numbers and purchase them altogether?

Yes! Contact us and we can set up a special order just for you so you can order everything all at once instead of individually entering everyone's names and numbers.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

As long as we haven't started creating it yet, yes! Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your order for the best chances of cancellation. 

Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

At the moment, we ship via the United States Postal Service for regular orders and UPS for very large orders. 

Do you offer Priority/Express shipping?

Yes -- you will see these shipping upgrades available when you check out. Please note that shipping speed does NOT change production speed!

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

At the present time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories?

Yes!  

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! Just be aware that USPS is the only option for APOs/FPOs. 

Returns

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us! If we make a mistake, we will ALWAYS make it right without question!

Other

Where are you located?

For now, in upstate NY. Next year, who knows? As it turns out, Kansas. 

Can I pick up my order in person if I’m local?

If you have access to post., please contact us to arrange local pick-up.

Can I add my custom logo to a shirt?

Usually, yes! We can’t know for sure until we see it, though; contact us and attach your logo so we can tell you for sure. Please note that not all logos lend themselves to being replicated in glitter, so if you want your logo done in glitter, we may need to modify it to make it work.

Can I set up an ordering page for my team or school?

Yes! Contact us to learn how to have custom apparel set up for your team or school, the link for which you can send to parents for ordering. 

Where do you get your designs?

I created them! Every single design you see available, was made by yours truly :)

Where do you get your design elements?

I created those, too!

Do you offer your designs or elements for sale?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer our designs or elements for outside use, but Etsy is a great resource for designs and design elements!
