Front: enter the team name. Note: design includes "HOCKEY" under team name. To change this, just specify your changes under "Additional Personalization."

Back: enter the name and number. 

Enter 2 glitter colors: 1 glitter color for your team name and "HOCKEY" on the front, and your name and number on the back; and 1 glitter color for the crossed hockey sticks on the front.
