Front: enter the team name. Note: design includes "HOCKEY" under team name. To change this, just specify your changes under "Additional Personalization."
Sleeve: enter the name and number.
Enter 2 glitter colors: 1 glitter color for your team name and "MOM" on the front, and your hockey player's name on the sleeve; and 1 glitter color for "HOCKEY" and the crossed hockey sticks on the front, and your hockey player's number on the sleeve.
